Find Education is operated by Letts Learn Pty Ltd. For support, privacy, access, correction or deletion requests, contact support@find.education. Please identify the relevant account or listing and share only the information needed to handle your request.
Find Education is designed to help people discover professional learning and education events. The current product does not ask for student names, school-identifying records, or student profiles.
Account details, saved preferences, consent choices, export requests, and deletion requests are kept in private account systems. Provider-submitted organisation, speaker, and event content may be public when it passes the product publication workflow.
Optional product measurement uses a consent-gated, minimised event ledger. The implemented ledger rejects raw search text, IP addresses, browser fingerprints, email addresses, and user-agent values. Email delivery and configured service providers receive only the data required for the selected service flow.
We use account and contact information to sign you in, maintain your preferences, deliver requested messages, process provider submissions, respond to reports and protect the service. You can browse public listings without an account. Optional marketing and personalisation choices are separate from essential account services and can be withdrawn in account settings or through the unsubscribe link in a message.
Cloudflare provides hosting, network protection and Turnstile verification. Supabase provides accounts, database and file storage. Resend delivers service email. When location features are enabled, Geoapify handles place lookups and the map supplier identified in the map attribution delivers map resources. These providers receive information necessary for the requested feature, such as an email destination, place query, IP address or technical request information. Infrastructure and security logs are separate from our optional product measurement ledger.
The primary Supabase project is hosted in Seoul, South Korea, and the configured Resend sending region is Tokyo, Japan. Cloudflare operates a global network. Suppliers and their subprocessors may process operational or support information in other countries, including the United States. Using this service does not mean that all information stays in Australia.
Essential cookies and browser storage maintain sign-in and service preferences. Optional product measurement requires consent. Public provider profiles and published listing content are visible to other visitors and search engines; private account records, report evidence and claim documents are not public listings.
Account information is retained while needed to provide your account. You can request an export or deletion from account privacy settings. Export downloads expire after seven days. The deletion screen shows the cooling-off date; necessary audit, consent, legal-hold and dispute records may be retained after personal account information is removed.
Routine cleanup covers raw import payloads after 30 days; resolved claim evidence after its retention date, normally 90 days after the decision; product and provider measurement and email delivery event records after 400 days; and abandoned private uploads after at least one day. Holds and unresolved claims prevent evidence cleanup. Expired export-request records are cleaned after the additional 30-day audit period. A cleanup job can take additional time to complete; backups follow the hosting provider retention cycle.
Account settings provide access to privacy choices, export and deletion. Reports and claim evidence are restricted to authorised staff. Do not include student information or unnecessary sensitive information in submissions.
To raise a privacy complaint, email support@find.education with the issue and the outcome you are seeking. We may need to verify your identity before providing private information or changing an account. We will investigate and respond through that contact channel. If an Australian privacy matter remains unresolved, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes to this policy are published with an updated version and effective date. We do not ask you to provide student records or unnecessary sensitive information.
